Hey all, re; Signatures in Gmail: do signature policies apply to nested OUs? or do I have to assign the signature policy to the OU the user is a member of? (or nested Google Groups for that matter)
Unfortunately, no. It will only apply to OU you define. You'd need to select sub-OUs separately
oof ok. The same for nested groups?
Yep, I believe so
Got it. Thanks @mike-bc!
Another question on this: If I apply a generic signature to our everyone@ google group, and then another specific signature to a recruiting google group for example, whats takes precedence here?
whichever one was applied last
so you may want to set up a schedule to apply everyone@ at 1am every day, and group-x@ at 2am
got it, that’s where my mind went next. I think that’ll work perfect for us.
just saying.. Patronum had some excelllent signature managment features.
Hello all, looking to be sure here. Signatures are still handled under https://g.bettercloud.com/ and have not moved to ? Thanks much!
Yup @janson.williams, under g.bettercloud.com.
I'm a little late to this party, is the discussion about email sigs in BC and applied to gsuite or email sigs directly in gsuite?
Hey @jason.evenson, my question was originally about applying G Suite signatures via BC’s signature setting/template/schedule tool in g.bettercloud.com
@justin.kinney :+1: thanks, thought maybe i missed a feature roll out in gsuite.
