Also, quick Q: If my workflow deletes a Google account and has following actions that use variables from the Google account like {{event.Google.WP Google Workspace.User}}
, will those actions fail since the account is deleted and those attributes in Google no longer exist, or, are the attributes cached when the workflow executes and regardless of order of actions, that variable will always be retrievable?

I ask because I ran across this exact issue where an action using the Google email attribute following the Google account deletion was being skipped, but when I executed the action manually and manually entered the email address of the targeted user, the action succeeded.

Hmm good question, it very well may be the case that it's not cached which would explain why the action was skipped. I can run a quick test to find out.
Would it be possible in your Workflow to set that attribute prior to the account being deleted?

Yep! I’ve moved the Delete Google Account action to the last possible step in the workflow. The action I found being skipped was “Delete Contact in Freshdesk”. I’m working on a test.

Got it! Makes sense. Would be great to have a 'Set Workflow Variable' step or something similar to cache data within a Workflow

Oh found an existing idea for it: https://www.saasops.community/ideas/custom-dynamic-fields-6226

oh shoot, didn't notice that. I'll see if I can convince people to have it revived now that it has a good amount of votes 🙂

Looks like it was archived back in Nov 2019. I'll open it back up and have
