When testing User Creation using BC, the user we created reported not receiving an email from Salesforce to set their password. Has anyone else noticed this, and do you have a solution for notifying users?

interesting. Normally, when creating a user in Salesforce through the Admin interface it sends that new user an email confirmation and notification
so you may want to use the two in combination, Create User and then Reset Password (assuming this is in a Workflow)
