Is there any way to make a workflow create a Jira ticket? I installed the integration but looks like it just manages users

ideally i'd like my 'new engineer' workflow to create a ticket on a specific board for devops to take tasks

@cal.krome I am very new to BC but what about during the workflow use the Send Email action and either have the To: field be an email address you have that creates tickets then use JIRA automation to fill in the appropriate information? Or the To: field to yourself which then forwards to your JIRA email address? Something along those lines. This has actually got me thinking for my own use for this, thanks!! haha

you have to setup your jira project to work with email handlers, this is how we have done it.
