Licensing for BetterCloud - G Suite Archived User SKU - active vs suspended

This query relates to how BetterCloud is licensed against a G Suite (now Workspace) domain.

Q1. Are active and suspended non-Archive User G Suite accounts, i.e., G Suite Business, counted against a BetterCloud license?

Q2. Are Archived User SKU licenses, i.e., G Suite Business Archived, counted against a BetterCloud license? If so, is there any difference in how an ‘active’ Archived User account and how a ‘suspended’ Archived User account is counted/handled?
