Made a simple way to upgrade users to a Zoom Pro account. Users request these in a specific slack channel. Now I can add a specific emoji and Zapier will pick it up and send a webhook to BetterCloud to provision their account! Then Zapier sends a confirmation slack in the same thread 🙂 Simple but will save a lot of time

Added a delay to the Slack as it seems it can take anywhere from 1second to 5-7 minutes for the workflow to run
