Need help with Email Forwarding

Hello there, I need some help and not sure if this is the right channel but here is my question: My manager received an email alert from Bettercloud saying “Email Forwarding has been set up by one of your Employees, to please investigate”, so our question is how do we investigate this or where should we start from? the email doesn’t say which employee was. Please help!
