    Hello everyone! I’m Mike, I’ve been at BetterCloud for almost 8 years and I’m honored to be a part of the SaaSOps Community! At BetterCloud, I’ve worked on our Support team, our Expert Advisory Group, and now I couldn’t be happier to be in charge of our community :sunglasses: . Professionally and personally, I obsess over automation and I love building tools and bots using Google Apps Script.

The company has grown to 300 employees, thousands of customers, alongside you we’ve created one of the fastest growing IT movements ever. Personally, in the last 9 years, I got engaged, got married and had two kids. Both professionally and personally these have been the best 9 years of my life and my family very much shares in it.     I started my career as an Apple specialist selling iPads and 10 years later, somehow found myself consulting and implementing BetterCloud for hundreds of customers. When I’m not doing SaaSOps, I’m either playing smash bros, working out, or traveling!
