Has anyone ever encountered an issue in Okta where a user is unable to login and all the logs say are "failure: NOT_Specified"?
Nope, but my first steps would be to try three things in this order:
1. Reset their behavior profile.
2. Reset MFA
3. Reset Password
check if the user exists with the same profile
ex:
if he inputs just mike.alex on login it will fail
The logs would show which policy triggered the access denied though, right?
I've also had people clear their browser cache and fix mysterious Okta login page errors (we're not using behavior profiles currenlty). 🤷
