Hello, is there a function or expression that can deactivate a user in Okta if a certain attribute is not coming from WD? flow is new user is created, wait for 5 days, check the user attribute and depending on the value keep the user active or deactivate it.

there's is not so much you can do actually, as there's not to much in the okta triggers in Bettecloud, like check for attribute X or Y

you are probably also thinking to create something like:

Check if okta user's attribute value is X or Y or Bank.. if no / yes then wait X days / then move to following okta group , and from there have another workflow with : if user added to this Okta group then suspended/deactivate account..

This would have worked if bettercloud could have seen all the okta attributes of the user, and give you a option to leverage actions based on the attribute values

you only have 2 IF options in the okta connector (if user type is/ if user department is) .. you cannot use other attributes here or create another IF yourself < and now that I remembered about this , makes me really sad again

so unless you can leverage the User Department attribute.. you are probably stuck

For example, in this video, they show how they used G Suite’s Home IM field to write pronouns from an Okta custom field. That’s the sort of thing I was trying to explain. https://youtu.be/DP0Arzcr3gw?t=490
