I’ve found that LinkedIn Learning courses are (mostly) good for this type of training.

Thanks @brian.kim! In addition to https://anchor.fm/tabgeeks I recommend the book Making of a Manager by Julie Zhou and of course The Phoenix Project. I have other books to recommend if they like reading. There are some awesome management podcasts too. I always ask my people what is the best way they learn and then give them things that match. Happy to recommend more!

@elanger - I haven’t completed any specific manager training on here, but for the price, that site is a wealth of both technical and soft-skill trainings. For training a new manager, I would think some of your org’s own structures might influence what’s considered good vs. not-as-good.
