Here's the tldr:
If you want to send a message to a private channel in a BetterCloud Workflow:
1) create a public Slack channel
2) add 'Send Channel Message' action to Workflow (send to channel from step 1)
3) save/publish the workflow
4) make the channel private
hmm I just tried this and it doesn’t seem to work? The webhook from the alert does but the workflow itself does not. Its been 3 months though so maybe something changed lol
This works, but its not scalable because once you make it private you can’t point any new workflows at it.
