Does anyone have like an IT 'Menu of Services' (i.e. what IT will and won't do) at your organization? If so - what platform are you using to host this information?

Freshservice Service Catalog and a Wiki within Google Drive

I encourage my users to just message me to see if it is something I/IT can do for them. I prefer the service first method.

Mind you, my company only has 80 people. I cannot imagine this working in larger shops.

This is a great idea. I think its going to be a long menu, like one of those 24x7 dinners that can't decide what cuisine to serve so they have a little of everything.

Yeah - it can definitely be a long menu AND its for an organization that serves an adult population of 2500 staff (so the messaging part worked in the past, but not so much now)

@dominik What does your "Freshservice Service Catalog" look like? I've never heard of that before

Confluence and a whole space with an option to contact us if there’s a question about it.

People don’t usually Read that page and often just ask us if we do something in chat and we either say yep or politely redirect.

Also I cannot stress the value of a form for intake, be it a form from Asana, or a form in Zendesk.

Yeah, we have a form in zendesk for support. Was just curious about how people at least present their services before people put in a ticket/form
