Is there a preferred purchasable bulk list of malicious IP addresses to block?

Hello! I am not very knowledgeable in this area and am asking on behalf of one of my teammates... Is there a preferred purchasable bulk list of malicious IP addresses to block? If so, via which company? We are aware of places such as ipqualitychecker, and blocked.com. Are there others? Thanks!!

I'm not sure blocking IP's is really a worthwhile security endeavor, all the good hackers IP's wont be in your blocklist. In the past however I have used fail2ban to help with hackers trying to hit our SSH bastion.

In the past, I've blocked entire regions where we didn't do business.

In this instance, I think it is a tool that in generating requests from 500+ IPs at a time that are not necessarily "malicious" in nature.
