We use 1Password, but I’ve been an admin to both. I think they both have merit.

We actually switched to Keeper for SSO support. Shortly after that LastPass introduced SAML support. We are happy with Keeper and we happy with LastPass if it only had supported SSO at the time.

SSO like logging into Keeper, or SSO like Keeper being the IDP?

Ahh yes, I forgot lastpass was trying to be in that game. SSO logging into Keeper.

Neat!

1pass, it's not even a competition anymore

We switch to 1password from LastPass. because we all hated the integration into Chrome and mobile devices. It’s way better than 1Password.

We use LastPass, I have no issues with it (I use it for personal as well). Chrome plugin works really well, but the sign in process is a bit janky at times for whatever reason.

1Password Enterprise for work, Lastpass for personal use.

LastPass has a terrible admin UI

1Password is definitely more user friendly

When it comes to creating/removing accounts with BetterCloud, LastPass is native. 1password requires you setup a private SCIM bridge in your environment to interact with AD/Okta/OneLogin

That is true.

We've been using lastpass for a few years.
Aside from not being able to use G Suite as an IDP, I have no complaints.

Is that last sentence supposed to say “It’s way better than LastPass”?

Having used both extensively, 1Password is the winner, no question.

I’ve found LastPass enterprise support to be, well, pretty much useless.  I don’t think they’ve ever resolved a ticket for me.

Also, I’m very fussy about UI, and 1Password respects the UI conventions of all the platforms on which it runs.  (It looks like a Windows app on Windows, like a Mac app on macOS, etc.)

In contrast, LastPass always looks like a Windows app, which sucks on Mac and Linux.

LastPass makes my Mac cry.
