At my last role we used Bomgar (which I recall is now BeyondTrust) - worked very well and we had it directly integrated with ServiceNow chat bot and incident updates

Zoom with control access works for minor things.

@cdubs nailed it. You can also set up recording for compliance purposes. I migrated our firm from TeamViewer to Bomgar BeyondTrust Cloud. Probably one of our best decisions. It’s incredibly easy to use if you set it up correctly.

We are a MacOS and Windows house and as we are using Intune we are using the TeamViewer Connector and that has been really successful over lockdown. We used to use Slack screen sharing and get the user to perform the actions. Drawing on the screen to let them know where to click.

Drawing on Slack Screen share is really clever 👏 . We have a very hands off, your the admin of your own machine attitude here so I think that model could work well for us

ConnectWise also has draw tool features. I think I’m scarred by slack video calling that I would not rely on screen sharing in a pinch.

Gotcha, thanks everyone! Was curious is there was anything ground breaking out there that I might have missed.
We generally use Zoom as well. I think it strikes a good balance between being user friendly, and gives us an opportunity to educate our users as we go.
