Question, what are your teams using for secure file storage / transfer spicy documents? Like let’s say you needed to transfer legal/financial documents, or wanted to setup a location to drop those. Aside from email (yikes) what other products / workflows do you use?

@colinmccarthy spoke highly of virtru (email encryption for gmail). but this relies on users using gmail in chrome with the extension/app installed i think.

@bret.p as a former customer of Virtru - the encryption worked EXTREMELY well. I will say the extension (2 years ago) was a bit rough around the edges, but a quick uninstall/reinstall did the trick - I am sure it has been improved over that course of time but it was an incredible easy to use tool. I especially loved the watermark that you could toggle on/off and the ability to disable forwarding on the fly.

We've used Virtru since it's Alpha days after seeing a presentation at a Google Apps Meetup group BetterCloud used to run, back in the day. It does (I believe) require Chrome for Gmail, but can work with Outlook clients. For the Finance, HR and IT teams its used weekly and a worth while application to have.

I enjoyed the Virtru demo that I attended. Seems like it makes really easy for end users rather than admins reviewing email quarantine for example if purely relying on content compliance rule.

Very cool, my goal is always to prevent my team from having to switch context and use different systems. Adding complexity and new products that slows everyone down is my least favourite solution. This might solve both 👍
