It’s not available quite yet. It’ll roll out over a couple of weeks.
ah, I missed that line in the post
It’s showing for me in the browser version right now, but not in the desktop app. Followed the directions here to add: https://slack.com/help/articles/206870177-Add-custom-emoji#emoji-packs
worked for me in the app now, in another workspace
