Caleb that pretty much is how mine is. I have:
• Apps (slackbot, spoke, my personal dm)
• Immediate stuff (I call it IT core but it’s a little past that)
• larger IT
• Security
• Work friends and Facilities (frequent contacts)
• Culture (org wide and/or not work related)
• a whole bucket for DMs of people at my favorite affiliate (won’t say who lol)
• Channels, DMs, Apps at the bottom

I've only used it to write out messages and proofread them or double check the formatting

I also use them to take notes in meetings sometimes

but yes, mostly proofreading and testing things.
I use it to sometimes transfer links from phone to computer(s) or vice versa... (including survey links)
