How do you guys handle re-activations of users? ie user going on leave of absence, remove Slack access while they are out; turn it back on when they get back. I'm trying to automate this process with HR getting an approval email they can click when the user returns, and presto the user is back on.

But there is no workflow 'enable user in slack', just a disable one. I can't be the first one to do this - any pointers? We also use Okta.

Do you use provisioning w Okta to Slack? If so, when the Okta user is reactivate the Slack account should also reactivate I think

Yeah - we do have provisioning on - if that does it I should be good then

I was trying to build a full flow via BC but i guess i can do a lot fewer steps

If you assign the user to slack via a group in Okta, you could have BC remove them from that group and then add them back to that group upon approval

Yeah that makes the most sense
