Looking for some inspiration reacji’s to use as as an option to subtly flag a possible security concern to the team to look into further. Thinking of using Reacji Channeler, however if there are better ways, I’d be keen to hear those suggestions too. Thanks in advance.

Wouldn’t people notice a certain emoji being used all the time and potentiallysee their stuff flagged? 😄

yes.
My initial thinking was to add a slicker flow, where ATM, members of staff flag things to me via DM. Instead I’m trying to encourage these concerns to flow to a team, and not single DM’s.

It possible that you could use slack workflows to accomplish this? You can create an action on messages that could push to a channel.

It works - Reacji is “better” in that way because it can cover the entire workspace 🙂

Ah, yes that makes sense. in that case I would go with something custom or fairly obscure. Or, you can give it a name that no one will ever try to type like flg-infsctm (flag-infosecteam) or something.

Thanks. Was mostly looking for some funny emoji inspiration, I could use as the reactji trigger. Was kinda hoping others might have done something similar in their workspace. I’ll stop being lazy and do more googling myself. 😇 🙂

internally we have a picture of our head of security looking sad 👀

lol. not a bad idea. Thanks. Sad or disappointed will do the trick. 😬

@vrklgn would be interested to hear a bit more how you use the “reacji channeler” or similar workflows. What tends to work vs not.

In our case we mostly used the lesser version in Slack Workflow - we are looking into reacji right now. What I’ve concluded so far is that having unique emojis will be required as to avoid “troll reactions”

A scenario we are aiming to build as well is “Casual Kudos” essentially being able to tag posts in other channels than #kudos to show off great things done by people at the company

tag in this case would be a “kudos emoji”

Yip, reacji’s are very useful for that type of flow, to pipe a msg into another channel, without the manual linking, etc needed.

A year or 2 back, I ws playing with a zapier type flow, whereby to avoid reacji abuse, I assigned the flow to only trigger when I (named user) used it. That worked nicely to contain scope bit, and minimise duplicate msg posts. And ofc a unique emoji.

I suggested the same thing for This workspace to do the best of better-IT messages
