What’s a good number of Direct Messages vs. Private Channels vs Public Channels in your experience?

I think measuring DM in comparison to the other metrics is kinda pointless as it measures peer-to-peer communication. Having people making private conversations and DMs is the way we are used to communicate when we want specific people things. Talking in a group context even if it is non-work related is not everyones cup of tea.
My definition of good when it comes to slack conversation will be that communication in public channels are more healthy than private ones. And DMs will always for me at least be “i just wanted to talk to one or two people about a specific thing without creating a channel.”
With that said - let’s talk numbers

Some people post a lot of little messages. Others try to get it all in one. This data is best used for understanding your whole team's use of Slack, not evaluating an individual's performance.
Right now our most mature org is about 80/10/10…. We’d like that to be closer to 60/30/10, like
